BRM JCA Adapter Cannot Be Configured In XA_TRANSACTION Mode With Error "BINDING.JCA-12511" (Doc ID 1356982.1)

When JCA Adapter is deployed in a Weblogic Server that belongs to SOA Suite, it does not work in XA_TRANSACTION mode; all other modes are working fine.
The configuration of SOA Suite 11g is a Combined-Tier Architecture Cluster with two nodes only and a F5 Load Balancer.

Software versions:
WebLogic: 10.3.3
BRM: 7.4 PS7

The soa server log has the following message:

<Aug 11, 2011 2:02:51 PM CDT> <Error> <oracle.soa.adapter> <BEA-000000> <JCABinding=> CBMPagos:Collect [ BRMPYMTService_ptt::CMAS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT(CMS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT_Request,CMS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT_Response) ] Could not invoke operation 'CMS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT' against the 'Thirdparty' due to:
JCA Binding Component connection issue.
JCA Binding Component is unable to create an outbound JCA (CCI) connection.
CBMPagos:Collect [ BRMPYMTService_ptt::CMS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT(CMS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT_Request,CMS_OP_PYMT_COLLECT_Response) ] : The JCA Binding Component was unable to establish an outbound JCA CCI connection due to the following issue: javax.resource.spi.ApplicationServerInternalException: Unable to get a connection for pool = 'eis/BRM', weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceUnavailableException: No resources currently available in pool eis/BRM to allocate to applications. Either specify a time period to wait for resources to become available, or increase the size of the pool and retry..
Please examine the log file for any reasons. Enable FINEST adapter logging via Enterprise Manager.
