When a PDF document is being accessed from SERFF\Supporting Documentation tab (or other related tab where a PDF document is available), it does not invoke Adobe application and posts a fatal error with message "Acrobat failed to connect to a DDE Server". It can happen to a specific workstation where Adobe Acrobat is installed as well. However the PDF documents might open directly in the Adobe application itself, but not through another application like an attachment via email in Outlook .
