Customer Centre Does Not Pass The Reason ID And Domain ID To The Settlement Opcode During Settlement (Doc ID 1357372.1)

Symptoms

Make a settlement using customer center and check any reason available in the drop down and click submit. The input flist to ar_event_settlement opcode does not contain the reason ID and domain ID.
