ORA-01406 Error Collect Shipment and Booking History Request Set for Groups (Doc ID 1357801.1)

When attempting to Run Standard collection, on : Demantra 7.3.1 version, at the step LoadData, the following error occurs:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1406 in FDFGVD
Cause: FDFGVD failed due to ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT CODE,ORG_GROUP VALUE, ORG_STRING DESCRIPTION, NVL('N', 'N'), NVL(TO_NUMBER(NULL), -1), NULL, NVL('Y', 'Y'), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0) FROM MSD_DEM_ORG_GROUPS_V WHERE ( INSTANCE_ID IS NULL OR INSTANCE_ID=:b1)  AND CODE = :X and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
APP-FND-01242: Cannot read value from field SET_REQUESTS.LAST_UPDATE_DATE
Cause: The field SET_REQUESTS.LAST_UPDATE_DATE could not be located or read.

Action: This error is normally the result of an incorrectly-entered field name string in a trigger, or a field name string that does not uniquely specify a field in your form. Correct your trigger logic to precisely specify a valid field.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Advanced planning Administrator > Admin > Instances
2. Add more than 60 orgs in collection Group ALG. Save the data
3. Run Standard collection.
4. Now go to Demand Management system Administrator > Collections> Oracle systems > Shipment and Booking History > Parameters :
5. Select collection group ALG
6. Get the error message as mentioned
