User selects CRF 'A' from the "Add Other Page" window > however CRF 'Z' appears in the Casebook surround instead ie








ADD VISIT PAGE :

i.
[Casebooks] view : try to [Add Visit Page] for a visit that has only one planned page.
Sometimes the window that comes up displays a different patient number from the one selected.

ii.
Sometimes a wrong subevent number is shown (e.g., 22 when the patient selected only has one unplanned page, although a different patient has 21 unplanned pages).
