Pipeline Manager Is Assigning Events To A Wrong Bill (Doc ID 1358416.1)

Symptoms

Pipeline Manager is assigning events to wrong, old bill.

e.g.
1) Details of the CDR processed:

Charging time stamp: 1301611100
Item picked:/item/tp_usage 15628477
Account: /account 11115370
Service: /service/telco/tp_fixed/telephony 11115514
BG: /balance_group 11115002


2) From the account information:

ACTG_NEXT_T : 1301608800


3) From the account dump service information:

Service 11115514 Service type /service/telco/tp_fixed/telephony valid from 1298934000 to 2147483647
needsProfUpdM: FALSE
Service Balance Group: 11115002
Subscription Service: 0
Subscription Svc Type:
Item Poid List: 2|/item/tp_other 11115174 0||/item/tp_usage 15628473 0
Next Item Poid List: 2||/item/tp_usage 15628477 0


4) Now clearly " Charging time stamp" of the CDR is greater than the "ACTG_NEXT_T"
and so pipeline assigned item "/item/tp_usage 15628477" from the "Next Item Poid List"

5) But going through the bill_t and item_t, we saw that item "/item/tp_usage 15628477" is associated with bill obj "/bill 11114522"

6) From the bill_info_t we can see that "BILL_OBJ_ID0" is "11114522" and the "NEXT_BILL_OBJ_ID0" is "11115034".

7) So actually item "/item/tp_usage 15628477" should have been assigned to bill object "/bill 11115034". But is assigned to "/bill 11114522".
