Goal
The goal of this article consists of the explanation and resolution of the following problems:
- When logging to csls on the client machine error is displayed.
- When logging on to the server the error is display.
Error message:
No drives are available to map a job drive to the server. Disconnect a drive, and try to log on again.
Cause:
- Different domains is the root of the problem. Versions 9.0 and v9.1 did not support fully qualified paths (xxxx.nnn.com) as such, would have problems connecting.
- Problem has to do with the server's domain - this happens when it is in a different domain from the client machine.
