Outlook Connector Is Not Picking up Changes to Users Mail Attribute on Startup (Doc ID 1359065.1)

After a user switched his mail attribute within the Directory Server and made the original mail attribute a mailalternateaddress, Outlook Connector did not pick up that change and still reflected the original mail address.  The user tried many restarts and syncs in Outlook, to no avail.
