Several Client GUIs Display Two Entries For Same Msisdn In Multi Schema Environment

For GUI that accesses BRM via a Secondary Schema to retrieve data, there are duplicate entries in the GUI.
- In a multischema environment: in the Primary schema the tables are created and there are views in the Secondary schema
- One MSISDN is created in Primary Schema, the view in secondary schema is updated with MSISDN credentials
- When we search the same MSISDN from Number Administratation Center we see 2 entries in the GUI for the same MSISDN
- This happens for NUM Admin Package, SIM Admin Package and the IP Address Admin Package.
