Symptoms
OCSG 5.0 diameter interface capabilities exchange request fails when the field Vendor-Specific-Application-Id is passed by Diameter Server. The following error message is thrown:
"<BEA-340028> <Invalid message received: Invalid AVP value: Vendor-Specific-Application-Id : "
