Outlook Connector Popup Error and Error 60 When User Opens a Task Sent from Another User (Doc ID 1360356.1)

Symptoms

Component information:

Outlook Connector (OC) version 7.3.116.3 (patch 139162-11)
Calendar Server 6.3 with patch 121657-47

User A sends User B a task via Outlook Connector (7.3.116.3).  The task sends fine, but when User B tries to open it, they get a pop up error like the following:

Cannot open this item. Unable to create or modify this event. E-mail address is not defined for the Organizer or for the attendees in Calendar Server.


Also, when selecting this item in the Inbox list view, it appears that Outlook is repeatedly trying to open it and is refreshing the screen.  The OC logs show it trying to do a storetodos.wcap command and failing over and over again with error 60.
