Symptoms
In a customer setup, wih 7.4.0 PS8 , when attempting to retrieve the price list from 7.4 Pricing Center, the following error occurs:
Scenario :
1. Load price list A with LoadPriceList tool
2. Open Pricing Center and search the plans loaded , for example , "My_Plan" plan --> no issue
3. Load pricelist B with LoadPriceList tool
4. Open Pricing Center and search the plans loaded , "My_Plan" plan --> load fails with an error "An unexpected BRM system error occurred" and cm pinlog contains error as shown above.
