Adding A New SRP To The ASAP Instance. Is it Recommended and How can it be set up? (Doc ID 1360616.1)

Goal

We are looking at what are the impacts to an ASAP instance if we introduce 1 more SRP and process work orders through the new SRP.

We are looking at introducing SRP2 (the new SRP) and configuring it with appropriate configuration parameters in the ASAP.cfg. We would like to know if the Oracle team thinks that there would be any adverse impacts of having more SRPs in 1 ASAP instance?

If yes, then please list out the impacts that the product team would see.

If no, then please suggest your recommendations on what precautions or subjects that need to be considered while doing the same.
