How To Write Configuration To File Rather Than The Network Element

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We are trying to write configs using our ASAP provisioning java classes to text file when ASAP is running in LOOPBACK off mode.
However some of our system's ASDLs e.g. A_CSCO-IOS_12-2-X_ADD_MPLS-EXPORT-ROUTEMAP, are using SARs previously provided by Metasolv or Oracle Communications.
Please suggest how these SAR files (Cisco_rout_ios_12_2_x_IP_1_0.sar etc), can write configs to file rather than to the Router.
