ISSUE:

User can't close Manual Discrepancies.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------------
* Connect to RDC Onsite
* Open a CRF with a Manual discrepancy open
* Try to close the discrepancy. After providing the Status and save the change, the discrepancy stays open.

BUSINESS IMPACT:
-----------------------
Manual discrepancies can't closed.
