Do we need to run the HotFixTool.exe on each Insight Web Server?

We have six Insight web servers in production.
1) Do we run the HotFixTool.exe six times for the 6 web servers?
2) Do we only run ONE time the "setup.bat" in the ...\Upgrades\5032_TO_5033 folder?
