Do we need to run the HotFixTool.exe on each Insight Web Server? (Doc ID 1361501.1)

Goal

We have six Insight web servers in production.
1) Do we run the HotFixTool.exe six times for the 6 web servers?
2) Do we only run ONE time the "setup.bat" in the ...\Upgrades\5032_TO_5033 folder?
