Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), the FUTURE_COST table is calculating PRICING_COST without considering the PRICE_COST_APPL_IND value.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create an item with UNIT_COST = 100
2. Create 2 BillBack Rebate deals.
First one = price cost apply indicator unchecked, value = 20
Second one = price cost apply indicator checked, value = 40
3. Run the deals batches (fcthreadexec, fcexec pre, fcexec)
4. Check the FUTURE_COST table.

The PRICING_COST  =  40
Its calculation is as: 100 - 20 - 40 = 40
But, since PRICE_COST_APPL_IND = N for the first deal, the PRICING_COST should be 100 - 40 = 60.
