Save Changes To Tasks Modifies Only Highlighted Task

Refer to the series of screen shot below:
Open up the Task List for an Order & change the work queue of some tasks.
Click Yes to reschedule tasks to new Queue, notice the task highlighted with Blue:
Reopen the Task List, after applying the changes. As you can see that only the task highlighted in above screen shot (LOGICAL) is changed:
