Incorrect Product End Dates When Deleting A Schedule Object (Doc ID 1361985.1)

Symptoms

When deleting a deferred action to close a service, all product end dates on the service are removed, including end dates prior to the scheduled service closure date.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create Service on July 30 from Customer Center.
  2. Perform future dated deal change on August 5th - Old deal end dates are August 5th, new deal start dates are August 5th (end dates are never)
  3. Schedule service closure on August 10th - Only new deal end dates are updated to August 10th
  4. Delete service closure schedule object - All product end dates are set to Never

Note: The problem is observed when TCF is used.

Impact on Business:
Deal that was scheduled to be canceled is made active again.
In the case of a rate plan change the service will have 2 rateplans active at the same time

Expected result:
Only product end dates > schedule date are updated (same behavior as schedule object creation)

Actual result:
All product end dates are updated
