Incorrect Product End Dates When Deleting A Schedule Object

Steps to Reproduce:
- Create Service on July 30 from Customer Center.
- Perform future dated deal change on August 5th - Old deal end dates are August 5th, new deal start dates are August 5th (end dates are never)
- Schedule service closure on August 10th - Only new deal end dates are updated to August 10th
- Delete service closure schedule object - All product end dates are set to Never
Note: The problem is observed when TCF is used.
Impact on Business:
Deal that was scheduled to be canceled is made active again.
In the case of a rate plan change the service will have 2 rateplans active at the same time
Only product end dates > schedule date are updated (same behavior as schedule object creation)
All product end dates are updated
