Symptoms

When attempting to add a new account for an external/diameter charging (wallet) domain using the Provisioning Interface (PI) and the following command:
CCSCD1=ADD:MSISDN=1234567,PROVIDER=NCC,PRODUCT=Demo,CHARGING_DOMAIN=2,WALLET_REFERENCE=123;
this error occurs:
CCSCD1=ADD:NACK:133-The TRACKING_DOMAIN 2 is not a UBE;

Note the following:
  • There is a diameter domain set up (SMS Screens: Services => Prepaid Charging => Service Management, Domain tab) as a [W]allet domain, with at least one node defined. The node number shown on this SMS screen is the number used in the PI command.
  • There may also be a "UBE" domain present but it is not necessary.
  • A valid provider and product. They can be found on the SMS screens (Services => Prepaid Charging => Subscriber Management, Product Type tab). The provider will be selected from the drop-down box at the top of the window.
