SMSC delivery receipt with message state "ENROUTE" causes OCSG rejected deliverSM with final state "DELIVERED".

The SMSC deployed in the client network sends a deliverSM(with Message State: ENROUTE) to indicate that the MT SMS is on its way to be delivered to the end user who is presently switched off.

Once the end user switches ON his phone, he receives the SMS and another deliverSM(with Message State: DELIVERED) is sent back to OCSG by the SMSC. But this deliverSM is rejected by OCSG with the error message “Message Id is invalid”.
