This document describes the steps to troubleshoot and diagnose Oracle Commerce ATG application crashes. It covers the following symptoms:
- One of the server instances in the cluster becomes unresponsive and other instances have increased load
- Attempting to connect to the server's HTTP (or web admin) port times out
- Java VM exits without any message
- Java VM exits with a HotSpot error
