"BalanceCascadeId is Not a Valid Number" Error Displayed when Setting the Value of Balance Cascade Override Node with Balance Cascade Name (Doc ID 1362502.1)

Symptoms

General Information

The Control Plan Editor (CPE) is a graphical interface that allows the user to build Control Plans.
A Control Plan is similar to a flow chart. It defines the decisions and actions made to determine the routing of a call.
A Control Plan may consist of multiple different decision points or actions called "Feature Nodes".

Where is the CPE location ?

CPE is located in the Service Management System (SMS) screen, please do as a following procedure to go to CPE screen :

Login to SMS screen  -> "Services" -> "ACS Service" -> "Control Plans"

Problem  Descriptions

This article will specify to describe about the problem in "Configure Balance Cascade Override" Feature Node when "from profile" selected.

"Configure Balance Cascade Override" Feature Node has a function to override the default Balance Type Cascade

 

Symptom

"Configure Balance Cascade Override" Feature Node generated an error "balanceCascadeId is not a valid number" in the slee_acs.log with a control plan configurations like below:

- Select "from profile" in the  "Configure Balance Cascade Override" Feature Node.
- Set "Configure Set" Feature Node with "balance cascade name".
