How to Enable or Disable "Consumer" or "Business" Type Account Creation Options in Customer Center

Currently when we create a new account in Customer Center, there are two choices that the user must select (either "Business" or "Consumer") to open the respective Account creation wizard. Is it possible to change a configuration setting (without customization), so that the Account Wizard only contains "Business" option or vice versa?
