====Issue Clarification====

On : 4.6.0 version, HTML Data Entry

When attempting to save some existing CRFs the following error occurs.

WriteResponses - 286600:Audit reason required and not provided


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open CRF page in RDC Onsite
2. Change a response
3. Provide the audit comment
4. Click Save
