The Retail Point-of-Service Solutions My Oracle Support Community was updated to include our Micros Retail Xstore Point of Service products in addition to the Retail Point of Service (RPOS) products.  If you have not visited the Retail Point-of-Service Solutions My Oracle Support Community yet, take a minute to do so.

These communities offer a convenient way for you to interact with professional, technical, and application experts across the globe. While this community will not function as a separate channel to submit Support Requests, it extends your Retail product knowledge network beyond Oracle Support, to the worldwide customer and partner base.

Discussion Forums, monitored by knowledgeable Oracle Support personnel, allow customers and partners to post questions and have the entire community network respond. The Document Exchange feature facilitates collaborative knowledge sharing of best practices, tips, technical briefs and case studies, and enables users to receive feedback and comments from both Oracle experts and industry peers. These are just a sampling of benefits we hope you'll experience through your active participation!


How to Get Involved

You can access the community from, or through My Oracle Support as follows:

1. Log into My Oracle Support.
2. Click the "Community" tab at the top of the page. (You may see a prompt to 'subscribe'; you may do so now or defer the choice)
3. Scroll down the page and click on the 'Retail' category
4. Under the 'Retail Spaces' section on the left, select the "Retail Point-of-Service Solutions" community.
5. Click the Follow button at the top right of the screen and select 'Email Watches' to receive an email when new posts and answers are made.  (This can be done at the thread level as well)
