How to Set Trade Name Field of PMDA Form-1 for Foreign Case (Doc ID 1363783.1)

Goal

The PMDA Form-1 paper report picks the values in its Trade Name field as follows.

-- The trade name value from Case Form >> Products >> Product Name field.
-- The parenthetic license value from the earliest Award Date License in the Product.

When a product contains multiple Japanese licenses and a foreign license in Argus Console,
when all the Award Dates are the same for the Japanese licenses in the product,
when a foreign case (Case Form >> General >> Country is not Japan) is create,
and when PMDA Form-1 report for Japanese agency is scheduled, the Trade Name field in
the generated PMDA Form-1 report prints the foreign license trade name outside
parenthesis and Japanese license in parenthesis.

This note explains how to make the the generated PMDA Form-1 report to print Japanese license
trade name outside parenthesis in its Trade Name field.
