Data Filter With Multiple Lines for the Same Element Not Generating the Intended Allocation Result

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
1. Create Data Filter on Ledger_Stat with two lines of filters on Common Coa ID.
View SQL shows the following condition where the two lines are connected with "AND"
(((LEDGER_STAT.COMMON_COA_ID IN ('112051','112110') AND
LEDGER_STAT.COMMON_COA_ID IN ('30026','30027'))))
2. Create an Allocation ID and attach the data filter above.
3. Run the Allocation and found filter is missing some values.
The debug file shows the following condition:
(((a.COMMON_COA_ID = 112051) or (a.COMMON_COA_ID = 112110)
(a.COMMON_COA_ID = 30026) or (a.COMMON_COA_ID = 30027)))
Note: The above sql statement from the allocation debug are not showing having the same filter condition as data filter.
