CCB Timeout During Online Billing Process In Debug Mode

Billing of accounts that require a long time processing stops with the error: The server encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed now. Try later or contact the system administrator.
In fact the JVM, that process the billing transaction, is shut down due to a 40s timeout, despite the fact spl.runtime.cobol.shunnedJVMExitSecs is set to 600.
How can the 40s timeout be changed to a higher value?
