Upgrading from Caldav 7 Update 1 to Update 2 fails when running init-config (Doc ID 1365044.1)

Symptoms

When upgrading from Caldav7 Update 1 to Caldav7 Update 2 you are required to run init-config.  The following error will be displayed if you do not have an iSchedule database:

Calendar Server 7 Update 2 requires you to create an iSchedule database
