In Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), if you run multiple FTP process rules in a Batch, the same ofstp.xxxxxxxx.log file is over-written for each process instead of creating a separate log file for each FTP process.  The Batch contains multiple Tasks with each Task containing a separate FTP Processing rule.  You expect to get a separate ofstp.xxxxxxxx.log for each Process Rule.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Go to Operations > Batch Maintenance
  2. Define a new Batch
  3. Create multiple Tasks in the Batch, each containing a separate FTP Process
  4. Execute the batch
Only one ofstp.xxxxxxxx.log is created for all processes in the batch.  The same log file is over-written by each process.  As a result, there is no log information for any but the last FTP process.
