Symptoms

When attempting to run constant allocation rule, the following error occurs in the debug log but there is no record generated into FSI_MESSAGE_LOG table.

Error:

Steps
1. Apply Service Pack 5.6.
2. Run an Allocation with Show SQL On and found the error in the debug log.
