Symptoms

Customer not able to set negative values for Transmit/Receive In/Out Levels as it is not allowed on the Configuration Tab of the Equipment Spec window.

Customer has indicated they want to use these values: Transmit Out Min, Transmit Out Max, Receive In Min (Sensibility), Receive In Max (Saturation), but for example, these parameters for Optical Equipments normally have negative values.

Additionally for some ranges the unit of measure is dB while for others are dBm, so there must be a unit of measure for these values.
