The validation of the User ID is executed for any change of the new Person ID (Web user ID) and refuse the data being saved due to the invalid User ID.
Expected the system refuse to save the new Person ID (Web user ID), when it is first added to the Person, if its User ID is not valid.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Web user ID as a Persons’ Person ID and type in an unknown User ID as ID Number, than save.
2. Turn on the Primary ID for the new Primary ID and save.
3. The User ID validation displays the message: User ID %1 is not available
