Unable to define conditional assumptions for above a child node level in defined product hierarchy. The option remains grayed out when a node higher than child/leaf node is selected. It should be possible to define conditional assumptions at all levels of the hierarchy.

Steps:
1. Define a Transfer Pricing Rule
2. Funds Transfer Pricing --> Assumption Specification --> Transfer Pricing Rules
3. Define Transfer Pricing Method
4. Define Conditional Assumption, but it is grayed out at node level.
