Help users define End Users Locations - EUL for further usage in assigning Telephone Numbers at the time of PSR ordering. And avoid the following types of messages:

Fig.1 - Missing TN Switch Association to the EUL

This is caused by an EUL - End User Location that does not have an associated Network Location Alias - that brings a TN Switch definition.

Fig.2 - Unable to Edit the End User Location.

This is caused because the location used is a Network Location and not an EUL - End User Location.
