Cycle Charges Are Not Getting Applied After Doing Suspend And Unsuspend For Cycle Arrear Products

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
Step1: Account Created on 27th July with Cycle Arrear Product
Step2: Run Billing on 7th August
Step3: Suspend the account on 17th August
a. Run Bill now (As the product is cycle arrear so to get that charges before suspending)
b. Suspend the products using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_SET_PRODUCT_STATUS
Step4: Run Billing on 7th September
Step5: Un-suspend the account on 16th September
a. Un-suspend the products using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_SET_PRODUCT_STATUS
Step6: Run Billing on 7th October
Step7: Run Billing on 7th November
Bills generated after Un-suspending does not contain cycle charges.
No Cycle charges after Re-Activation
After Re-Activation the next Bill should have the cycle charges.
