After the installation of the new patches (7587806 and 9076778), during normal daily work load, after some hours the heap allocation is growing and this trend does not stop.
One has to reboot the server or it will eventually consume all available memory and the system grinds to a halt.
In dm_oracle.pinlog file, the following warning is logged:
dm_malloc(14551):WARNING ->heap size(91572) CROSSED high water mark(91571)
dm_malloc(14551):WARNING ->heap size(91573) CROSSED high water mark(91571)
dm_malloc(14551):WARNING ->heap size(91574) CROSSED high water mark(91571)
