Symptoms
Billing suppression was turned on because BRM was generating $0 bills every BDOM, for annual subscriptions.
Billing suppression affects revenue recognition code, since we are using billing to trigger earned revenue for our usage.
Is there any other way we can bill but not persist a $0 bill as that will clutter many accounts with annual subscriptions?
