Downloaded the following OSM 7.0.3 document and the (Oracle 11g Client). Installed according to documentation of OSM 7.0.3. Everything installs fine however when we try and login we get the following error:

Please confirm, is the OSM Administrator supported on Windows 7 64 Bit?
