Testing the ipatch TMS per <>

Fix for <>
According to Oracle Documentation and README above, the fix will report the first and last name of the user holding the lock but at customer site, it displayed only the user ID e.g.

When multiple users work in same activation group, a user may get the message, "ORA-20000: 245700-Record is locked by another session. Click OK."

The message now gives the first name, last name, and user ID of the person who has locked the record; for example, "ORA-20000: 1218100-Record is locked by user FIRSTNAME LASTNAME (ops$USERID).
Click OK.

Testing results in the following message syntax:

ORA-20000: 1218100-Record is locked by user  (ops$USERID)
