OCDA 2.0 Post Installation Task - Master ETL Program Failed with Warnings

Symptoms
Executing 'OCDA_PLS_ETL_WORKFLOW_PRG' as part of the post installation tasks and this program executes the following child programs:
OCDA_PLS_LEVEL1_DIM_PRG
OCDA_PLS_LEVEL2_DIM_PRG
OCDA_PLS_LEVEL3_DIM_PRG
Upon examined the respective log files for the above child programs, you notice the following warning
messages in the log:
WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING
Source Table W_LOV_D was never written to. The table might not be holding any records.
WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING
WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING
Source Table W_PARTY_PER_D was never written to. The table might not be holding any records.
WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING
WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING
Source Table W_RXI_CRF_D was never written to. The table might not be holding any records.
WARNING *** WARNING *** WARNING
Drop Stream status TRUE
DEBUG MESSAGE FROM OWB/CDR DB Server-PLSQL Operator: User defined program returned
Success...
Execution Status : SETWARNING :: Job Status: Warnings :: 09-26-2011 18:38:28
:: Error Description: Job Completed with warnings. Check Job log.
The above are just a few examples of warning messages, you may see other warning messages for
different source table. You also notice that at the end of the log file, Job Status is "Warnings"
as shown above.
