Pipeline Deadlock When Multiple Pipelines Process Same Hierarchy Accounts (Doc ID 1368096.1)

Symptoms

Pipeline hangs while processing a CDR and we noticed that there are no usages processed any more. There were no error messages or updates after that.


Note we have a splitter pipeline which splits the CDRs based on DOM of the account.
