Symptoms


 
On : 7.3.0.1 version, Engine

When attempting to run the Engine,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

18:18:42:435 ERROR Database Error [db_win.cpp,137]
18:18:42:435 ERROR - Source: OraOLEDB
18:18:42:435 ERROR - Description: ORA-12541: TNS:no listener
18:18:42:435 ERROR - Message: Unspecified error
18:18:42:435 ERROR - Error Number: 0x80004005 - Unspecified error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Engine Administrator
2. Nav: Settings -> Configure
3. Register
4. Nav: File -> Run Engine
5. Enter Username/Password and Service
Click Connect
No errors returned
6. Run Engine
Get the above error
