Equipment Inventory > Find > Comm Code field
(1) Users searching for installed equipment using the Find function in Equipment Inventory are not
getting results with all instances of installed items.
See sample situation in the following picture:
There are actually six instances of the installed equipment with PN 710090, named from ONE to SIX, as can be seen in the equipment tree-view.
But, the Results screen brought only 3 of them, and one is duplicated, so MSS actually brought only 2 items.
(2) The Comm Code field in the Equipment Inv . Find window is not properly handling
entries in the field, flagging with an error message:
even after the user had cleared the field and, being it a non-required field.
Users needs to close the search window and restart it to clear the issue ... until Comm Code is used again.
