Unable to Surface Custom Fields in AERS Past CUSTOM_05 (Doc ID 1369381.1)

Symptoms

On : AERS 4.6.2 version

When attempting to enable custom field on:
Form Name - E_NCASE
Block/table Name - AE_SUSPECT_DRUGS
Window Name - MAIN_WDW
Item Name - CUSTOM_07

the following error occurs.

FRM-99999 Error 48 occurred. See the release note file(relnotes) for information about this error


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into AERS
2. Help--> Fat Config
3. Attempt to enable:

Form Name - E_NCASE
Block/table Name - AE_SUSPECT_DRUGS
Window Name - MAIN_WDW
Item Name - CUSTOM_07
