Symptoms

E2B reports transmission via Bulk Reporting screen is failing and logging the following error message in the ESM log file:

Error has occurred on Line: 0, Source Text: , Error Code: 0"

"29-Aug-2011 12:29:08 PM: ========== Start Transmit Process ========== "

"29-Aug-2011 12:29:11 PM: Unable to encode XML string due to following reason

EDI In = Failed

Reporting destination setup->EDI Settings; URL of Message DTD = http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/xml/icsr-xml-v2.1.dtd
