Cannot Enter Middle Name Into Customer Center

Goal
Although middle name configuration is set in the Customer Center SDK, the middle name entered does not display properly.These are the steps:
1. Open Customer Center Configurator by using runConfigurator.bat under CustomerCareSDK drectory.
2. Click NewAccount and check to MiddleName in BusinessContact.
3. Run Customer Center under CustomerCareSDK drectory.
