Cannot Enter Middle Name Into Customer Center (Doc ID 1370294.1)

Although middle name configuration is set in the Customer Center SDK, the middle name entered does not display properly.

These are the steps:
1. Open Customer Center Configurator by using runConfigurator.bat under CustomerCareSDK drectory.
2. Click NewAccount and check to MiddleName in BusinessContact.
3. Run Customer Center under CustomerCareSDK drectory.
