Error 301200101 or 301200390 When Accessing Argus 7.0 Enterprise

Can't access Enterprise in Argus 7 multi-tenant after merging a 7.0 database into the multi-tenant database.
1. Logged into the Global Home page of a Production Environment, go to the application access tab and try to open any of the Enterprises.
