ASCP Drops First Weekly Forecast When Spreading And The Planning Buckets Are Daily (Doc ID 1370613.1)

Symptoms

PROBLEM

Weekly forecast are disappearing from the plan.
Parameter Past Due forecast days = 0
Spread Forecast is checked in the plan options

So for weekly forecast of 100
Run plan on Monday - see 5 days of 20 each
Run plan on Tuesday - should see 4 days of 20 each... BUT forecast disappears.
If we set Include Past Due Forecast Days to include the first of the week, then we see all the forecast in the output

- run plan on Monday and see expected results.
- run plan on Tuesday and see forecast is dropped from the plan


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Spread forecast should be visible and declining as the week progresses.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Cannot use this solution, plan results are totally incorrect after Monday plan run.
